Our Process
At our state-of-the-art facility located 40 km north of Nairobi, we produce over 1 million meters of fabric per month. Our fully integrated plant encompasses spinning, weaving, and processing units, allowing us to deliver a wide range of textiles, from 100% cotton to blended polyester fabrics.
Spinning : We convert raw fibers into yarn, the foundation of all our fabric production.
Weaving : Our weaving techniques create various fabric patterns by interlacing yarns, giving each material its unique strength and texture
Processing & Finishing :This includes dyeing and finishing treatments to enhance the fabric’s durability, appearance, and functionality.
Digital Printer : Our digital printing technology allows us to create intricate designs with millions of color options.
Sustainability
We are committed to sustainable practices through eco-friendly operations like solar energy use, a biomass steam boiler, and an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that minimizes industrial waste impact on the environment.
